Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Defect: Users Report Red Tint Display Issue

Samsung's flagship Galaxy S26 Ultra is facing growing scrutiny after a number of users reported an unusual display defect that causes a red or pink tint to appear on the screen over time. While the issue does not appear to affect every device, complaints have been increasing across Samsung community forums, Reddit, and other online platforms. According to user reports, the discoloration typically develops in the center of the display after several months of use. Owners say the screen looks increasingly washed out, with a noticeable reddish hue that remains visible even when the phone is set to Vivid display mode and maximum resolution. Some users have compared their devices with newer Galaxy S26 Ultra units and found significant differences in color accuracy, suggesting the problem may worsen with time. Experts and users have suggested several possible causes, including issues related to Samsung's new Privacy Display technology, adhesive used during manufacturing, or a display ...

Have Lush and Google Cloud AI are reinvented retail checkout?

Lush, the cosmetics store, is making shopping easier and faster by using artificial intelligence (AI) from Google Cloud.

They have added a special camera system to their checkout tills (cash registers) that can quickly recognize products, even those without packaging or barcodes.

  •   - Instead of typing in product names or searching for barcodes, staff can now hold up any Lush product to a camera at the till. The AI instantly recognizes the item and adds it to your bill.

  •   - The system uses a huge collection of over half a million product photos stored in Google Cloud. This helps the AI know exactly what each product is, even if it looks similar to others.

  •  - This technology started as a feature in the Lush Lens app, which lets customers scan products with their phones to learn more about them. Now, it’s built right into the store’s checkout system2.

  •  - Before, staff had to memorize hundreds of products or look them up, which took time. Now, checkout is much quicker, and lines move faster, especially during busy times like Christmas

  •   - New employees can learn the system faster because they don’t have to memorize every product.

  • T - he AI helps make sure the right product is scanned, so there are fewer errors in billing and inventory.

  •  - Staff don’t need to do as many in-store product demonstrations, which saves water and reduces waste

  •  Google Cloud stores all the product images safely and makes them easy for the AI to use.

  •  Google’s Vertex AI platform helps train the system to get better at recognizing products over time

Right now, this new checkout system is in Lush stores in the UK and Ireland, but the company plans to bring it to more countries soon.

In summary, Lush and Google Cloud are using AI to make shopping faster, easier, and more eco-friendly by letting computers recognize products at the checkout, so you spend less time in line and staff have an easier job.

This is what I do to take good care of my Headphones - Ow-tech Solutions

Buying a headphone was one of the things I was excited about when I got my first one. Having used earphones for a long time and getting tired of the frequent cable damage, I had to make a change. The headphone was a very cheap one, the P47 wireless headphones, which is one of the most common and cheapest headphones today. I had no money but wanted to get the experience. On getting the headphone, I became a celeb in my neighborhood, all eyes on me. Let's drop the fantasizing. I used the headphone for slightly over a year. By then, the Bluetooth function was no more since the battery had been damaged, one handle was broken and patched up with insulating tape and the speakers had been repaired several times. I had no idea how to take care of the headphones. I literally learned my lesson the hard way.  From my experience, these tips can be helpful if you want to take good care of your headphones and use them for a long time. 1. If wireless, do not overcharge. If one thing is sure...
