How to set up your computer screen brightness to protect your eyes.

We use computers on a daily basis. At least most of us do. The first thing that everyone should worry about is the effect of these devices on our health.

Laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones emit blue light that can have adverse effects on our eyes when stared at for a long time. Since we spend more than half of the day using them, we are very likely to become victims.

There are commonly recommended solutions which include buying an anti-blue light glass or a screen antiglare protector.

Apart from the two, you can reduce screen time whether it's a television or mobile device. These can also help you to minimize the effects of light.

Most device screen settings can be done by making a few changes.

If you use your computer frequently, you might need to make a few changes in the display settings. Screen brightness plays an important role to display what you're doing on your PC but can also have a negative impact. When the screen is too bright, it is likely to affect your eyes. You, therefore, need to set it up to a reasonable level. The night light feature is another aspect of a computer's display that can help with screen brightness when you are working late at the night.

It is an automated setting that allows the computer screen to automatically change at a set time, usually during the evening or night hours. This setting changes the quality and look of images and videos and reduces the strength of the blue light to help you sleep.

To set up your computer's screen brightness in Windows 10, follow these steps;

1. Click on the start button
2. Go to settings

3. Select system, then display.

4. Make the necessary adjustments and set up the nightlight as shown below.

This is what I do to take good care of my Headphones - Ow-tech Solutions

 Buying a headphone was one of the things I was excited about when I got my first one. Having used earphones for a long time and getting tired of the frequent cable damage, I had to make a change. The headphone was a very cheap one, the P47 wireless headphones, which is one of the most common and cheapest headphones today. I had no money but wanted to get the experience. On getting the headphone, I became a celeb in my neighborhood, all eyes on me. Let's drop the fantasizing. I used the headphone for slightly over a year. By then, the Bluetooth function was no more since the battery had been damaged, one handle was broken and patched up with insulating tape and the speakers had been repaired several times. I had no idea how to take care of the headphones. I literally learned my lesson the hard way.  From my experience, these tips can be helpful if you want to take good care of your headphones and use them for a long time. 1. If wireless, do not overcharge. If one thing is sure...
